Design Textinova is an exclusive mark of TEXTINOVA, a company that needs to demonstrate and to market several products transformed through the Cork, Tiles and other innovative products.
This site is property of the Design Textinova that makes yours control and administration, starting from his/her thirst in Bech-Kleinmacher - Luxembourg. The Visitors/Users are responsible for the fulfilment of the laws applied in their countries, concerning websites’ use and access.

The Web Site Design Textinova is protected through a security system, not having shunting line problems or information breaking while customers are using it. The server’s software encrypts all data, to guarantee total protection and privacy to customers’ transactions. Design Textinova guarantees that the data are not violated nor visualized, while it is being used. 
Payments are assured by an external entity (Paypall), which generates and processes and CETREL, system of payment direct, card Visa and Mastercard.

Orders and Special Requests
In our space online is available products produced exclusively in the European Community. If you wish other articles, (for examples personalized articles) or for simply more information on quotations and other data, please send an email to mail@design.textinova.eu 
All of the articles that are published in our space online allow personalizations (registrations with Logo of each Company among other legends depending the Customer's idea). 

Times of Delivery
The orders will be given among 1 to 5 weeks, except rupture of Stock of the Manufacturer.
Only after verification and confirmation of the existence in stock of the products is possible to Design Textinova to inform the CUSTOMER if the order can or not to be satisfied and to proceed to his sending. The capacity of offer of the Design Textinova is limited to the readiness of the existent stock. In case of stock rupture to Design Textinova proced the order direct to the manufacturer, being the informed CUSTOMER of the respective delivery periods. 
If the basket of purchases of the CUSTOMER includes products with different dates from delivery readiness, the CUSTOMER will be informed of this case and you can opt to receive the products in an only delivery or in several deliveries.
The sale of products no existent in Design Textinova's stock it depends on the readiness of Design Textinova's Manufacturer, for the that the CUSTOMER will be properly informed of the delivery forecast. We guaranteed satisfied or reimbursed. The reshipments, in case there is a defect of I manufacture sâo under the responsibility of Textinova S.r.l., in case it is order mistake or of size, or simplismente for dissatisfaction of the Article the reshipment is to the customer's load. In this case the reshipment should be made inside of one period of 5 useful days, in that the stamp of the mail serves as proof. The whole article that presents use signs or that is destroyed won't be accept for the Design Textinova.
